Condition Description:  The book is in good condition for its age.  Several pages have been dog-eared.  The back cover has spots and a small tear at the bottom.  There are no damaged or missing pages, no tears, no underlining/highlighting of text or writing in margins.  The bottom right corner of the front cover has, at one time, been folded.
