Refund policy

You have 20 days after receipt of purchase to notify us that you would like to return your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Purchase must also be returned in the original or similar packaging. To complete a return you would contact us with the reason why you wish to return an item and we would issue a return authorization number. The return authorization will contain information on how and where to return the item. All returns must have a tracking number.

Non-returnable items would include CD, DVD, VHS, and cassettes that have been opened.

Purchaser will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable unless it is proven that the return is due to seller error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
