Condition Description: Fair. No dust jacket. Pages are yellowed, side and bottom text block pages have feathered edges. Previous owner name printed on inside front cover. Stain on pp. 162-163 and p. 628 from a paper that had at one time been put there. Binding is firm except at front and back end papers.
