Condition Description:  Good. Dust jacket has some scuff marks, a small tear at center front edge and  upper corner has been clipped.  Previous owner's name, city and date are written in blue ink at the top of the first blank page.  There are no other noted markings to the text. Binding is intact with no spine damage.
