Content Description: When the Gestapo takes over part of Charlotte DuPree's textile company in Heidenheim, Germany, she appeals to fiancée and co-owner, David Horrmann, but is trumped by his desire to appease them. Charlotte enlists the aid of her bridge club but the SS closes in and soon she is protecting the terrified members and families of her bridge club from imprisonment, torture, and murder. Charlotte learns David has betrayed her group to the Gestapo.
