Content Description:   A child imagines all the horrible things that could be hiding in the dark, until her mother convinces her that there is nothing there to fear.  Text is in four line stanzas that rhyme.  Colorful Illustrations by David Anstey.

Condition Description:  Acceptable.  Tiny hole punched in at spine midway down on front cover. Front cover has wear at corners, with small smudge at top edge.  Back cover has slight damage where labels were removed.  Sewn text block is pulling away from book board for about one inch at top.  Text has no tears or underlinings.
